Dr. Etienne is founding director of Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at Walter Reed, and Advisory Dean of Students at New York Medical College.

Mill Etienne, MD has worked in private practice, academia, military medicine, and in austere low-resource settings. Dr. Etienne is currently the Director of Medicine and Neurology at Good Samaritan Hospital and also serves as the Vice Chair for Education and Engagement in the Neurology Department for WMCHealth and New York Medical College (NYMC). He is professor of neurology and medicine at NYMC, where he is also Vice Chancellor and Associate Dean for Student Affairs. He is past President of the New York State Neurological Society, and he is board-certified in neurology, epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, brain injury medicine, and public health. While on active duty with the United States Navy, Dr. Etienne served as the Founding Director of the Comprehesnive Epilepsy Center at Walter Reed and now as a reservist, he is the Executive Officer for the Reserve Unit on the USNS Comfort.
