Sreya Radhakrishna, MD

Sreya Radhakrishna, MD is a general pediatric neurologist who splits her time between seeing patients at the Boston Children’s Health Physicians Hawthorne office and covering the inpatient pediatric neurology service at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital / Westchester Medical Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her medical degree from Virgina Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She then went on to do her Pediatric Neurology residency training at Montefiore Medical Center and joined Boston Children’s Health Physicians in 2024.

Dr. Radhakrishna finds meaning in taking care of a wide range of neurological conditions and has a special interest in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. She additionally offers procedural expertise in the provision of Botox for chronic migraine.

Outside of her clinical role, she is passionate about medical education and serves as one of the Associate Program Directors for the Westchester Medical Center Pediatric Neurology residency program. She additionally focuses time on health advocacy to promote health equity and comprehensive access to healthcare. Her clinical goals include partnering with her patients and their families to improve their health and treat illness using up-to-date, evidenced-based, and individually tailored care.
