Sherwin Shaju, DPM

I am a podiatrist from Long Island, where I was raised and first developed my interest in medicine. I completed my undergraduate studies at Siena College, continued at LIU C.W. Post for graduate school, and then earned my podiatric medical degree from NYCPM. I went on to complete my residency at North Shore LIJ.

My path to podiatry was inspired by my father, a mailman who struggled with chronic foot issues. After seeing multiple providers, it was a podiatrist who finally helped him, which left a lasting impression on me. Today, I’m driven to provide that same level of care—helping my patients stay active, comfortable, and on their feet. I was lucky to be trained in both surgical and conservative care during residency.
